Ah, "Perspective Control"... - which is the ability to shift the
lens up to 11mm off center. A by-product of this ability is that
the unshifted lens is using only the best part of its image circle,
and produces top-quality images to the frame corners even wide-open.
Most other wide-angle lenses are rather poor in the corners at
wide stops (and sometimes even when stopped down...).
