Things get mighty squirrely around 1:1 focus when you add in the target... Also, the PB-4 may have too much minimum extension to
work with your lens (partly why once-popular bellows became
rarer...), though the compact-version 50mm f1.8's will allow
1:1 both normally mounted and reversed with this bellows.
You may need to use a slightly longer lens, or try an enlarging
lens. BTW, a 100-150mm enlarging lens press-fitted into a BR-2
ring can give you infinity-focus and tilt-shift with this bellows.
