A question, and a comment...:
- Will EditDV handle editing a multi-camera shoot
well/easily? (Premiere will/can...)
- Premiere keyframes can be placed on the timeline
by leaving the cursor on the frame where you want
the keyframe before you go to the effects menu.
After arbitrarily placing a keyframe on the
mini-timeline in the dialogue box, you can move
it there and see a second cursor line move in the main
timeline. When the two become one, you have placed
the keyframe in the dialogue box at the same location
as the one on the main timeline... I often do
variable color balancing, and this works well. For
SI-track effects (like variable sharpening), you do
have direct timeline placement of keyframes...
