Depends on the specifics of the implementation - and on
the light levels... Sony has some nice DIS systems which in
bright light look virtually as good as OIS (but which rob
about a stop's worth of gain, so in low light the picture
shows the ill effects of the raised gain {best to turn it
off in low light...]); others do it poorly, and rob
noticeable sharpness and angular width from the image.
In general, go with OIS, if you can...
