In general, I agree with this, but there are exceptions:
the Celeron 300a would OC to 450MHz in a completely stable
way - I'm still using them...; and the 566MHz Celeron can
also OC reliably at 850MHz (we use this, also), but it isn't
as easily done). Otherwise....;-)
