With older (whew!!!) Netscape, Mac-browsers, AOL, etc., it
is hard enough to get the text size to be consistent, let
along non-8bit colors, frame edges - let alone the "fancy"
stuff... Netscape has caused me a LOT of grief - and,
unfortunately, about 98% of people around here use it - for
"political" reasons...;-)
