D-76 (not that different from HC-110) works beautifully with this film.
I use it 1:1 - same times as Tri-X at 400 works well with Neo 400 at
250 (BEAUTIFUL soft [but not flat] negatives with full shadows even
in back-light situations). For negatives similar to Tri-X at 400 (though
with a touch larger grain), increase development 25% or so from the Tri-X times.
