Sometimes communicating here *is* difficult with some
who "read" what they want to "hear", then respond with
what appears to be nonsense since they did not read
accurately what was written, or listen objectively to
the arguements made... The "C"-brand loyalists appear
by far the most guilty of this, sometimes making
logical discussion with them frustrating and useless
(especially when they have the "nerve" to claim the
same of others whose presentations are FAR more
reasonable and better-supported than theirs...).
Sometimes it is just fun observing the quirks of
human nature...;-) Sometimes I feel like basic rules
of logic, evidence, and communication need to be taught.
My sympathies (I've been there, too, often enough...;-).
