It's a neat camera (no interchangeable screens, and no DOF preview,
but otherwise quite pleasant - and VERY easy on batteries...). It
isn't as nice with glasses as the newer Nikons, but useable. The
camera "feels" better than most newer cameras, though. BTW, I
cut the eyecup off an EM/FG eyecup (leaving the mounting rim), and
mounted the remains backward on the eyepiece - it provided a rubber
surface for glasses protection. I used a couple of N2000's happily
for a couple of years...

Huh??? Wha'??? Far as I can tell, Nikon body lens mounts are all
the same... (what bends is a strong leaf spring in the mount that
provides the tight non-wearing bayonette fit - no damage results).
