It is a good lens (in US, it sells used for about half your price,
but it is worth the higher price). Few lenses are as good as a
slower normal, but you shouldn't be disappointed - stop it down
a bit (f11 may be best). "Rokkor" was Minolta's lens label, like
"Nikkor" for Nikon.
