And add: If you change cameras, or have a repair done
on your current camera, LP recordings may not play
reliably - and it is possible LP recordings will not
survive long-term storage as well. For these reasons,
the faster-than-MiniDV-SP DVCam-format is popular
(recordings are even more secure than with Mini-DV
SP-mode). Use LP for emergencies or for "temporary"
recordings; use SP mode for most other things...
