Most important: do not switch brands! At
www.taperesources.com, 60-minute Sony
DVM-60PR tape is under $5/roll; the EX
is more (around $8/roll, as I recall...).
Both work well and are reliable, as are
most other choices (most Mini-DV tape is
made by either Sony or Panasonic, BTW...).
