The easiest way is to open Cool Edit and prepare it for
recording (WAV), start recording, then start playing
the MIDI file... You may need to adjust levels in the
Windows mixer to get the recorded levels about right
in the recorded WAV file (run some short experiments
to check levels). This should be preferable to
recording in MP3 format, also...
