Uh, read the original post in this thread...;-)
(The Canon remote offers both: a decent rocker,
and selectable fixed zomming rate - in a good
package at a reasonable price...) When I don't
need the fixed rate, I'm happy with the Sony
remote I remove from the $75 Sony tripod (I give
away the poor tripod, and add an extension cord
to the remote). Why pay more than $75 for a good
Lanc remote, unless you need the extra features
of the Canon or the fancy Sony RM-95 (and that
one, come to think of it, is also cheap [around
$75], and it includes manual focus control...).
