Ah, the wonders of the digital (incremental) age! ;-) But, at least
the increment is small, and the continuously variable Nikon aperture
ring (unlike some "modern" camera designs) does allow fine adjustment
of the exposure. BTW, the FM meter exposure is the same when metered both horizontally and vertically, something that was not always true with the needle meter in F's.
