Other than higher resale value, maybe not much...;-)
It is a bit larger and heavier, with a bit lower image
magnification - and it has a larger eyepiece (that
therefore permits greater "keystoning" of the image).
The entire field can be easily seen by glasses wearers
using the non-HP prism...
