I never use them (the VX2000 auto exposures, judged
with adjusted VFs, biased appropriately in the custom
controls, work well for most things - I rarely miss
exposures with the VX2000...), but the VX2000 has
zebras, if needed...

The lens of the VX2000 is excellent at all stops
(see diffraction test frames at all whole stops, at:
www.David-Ruether-Photography.com/diffraction.htm - and the
lens is reputedly made by Canon...;-)
