Read what MC has to say, above, then check out the reviews,
below... In EVERY picture characteristic, the VX2000 is
better than the GL-1 (resolution, contrast, relative freedom
from artifacting, color quality, low-light ability, etc.),
not to mention its audio superiority. The VX2000 PS-mode is
useless for motion-video, but I think the same is true of
the GL-1's PS-mode (it cuts the already poorer resolution,
and duplicates one of film's shortcomings: the inability
to show motion sharply). There are reviews, with frame-grabs
