It uses either a pair of small 1.5 volt button cells, or the more
economical single 3 volt lithium cell - take the camera with you when
buying batteries, since the correct ones will be obvious from the
size of the battery holder and anything that physically fits properly
will work fine (take care to get the +/- orientation of the batterie[s]
in the holder correct).
