I sold my two FE2's in favor of a pair of FAs for
one reason: the shutter release on the FE2 (and
FM) is harder to release smoothly than the one on
the FA - and this gives me one stop slower shutter
speed I can successfully hand-hold with it. One
neat aspect of the FA that has disappeared in newer
cameras: if you set the camera out of range for
aperture or shutter speed in auto modes, the camera
will make the correction and tell you what it did -
newer ones just blink an error signal...;-) BTW,
I have a "LN" chrome FA to sell - at a high price,
though... (an eye problem has moved me to, ugh!,
AF...).
