If the screen is used in an F3, no compensation is needed since the
meter does not read off the screen. In an F4, it could be a real pain,
since center-weighted and matrix readings are taken off the screen,
and spot readings are not. As to the last question, experimentation
is probably the best source of an answer (my guess is that the compensation factor remains constant with all screens, except perhaps
the "U" if its transmission varies with lens angle of view [probably
only relavant if short lenses are used with a converter]).
