The Nikon SB-12, SB-16A, and SB-17 flashes all have the correct
TTL foot for the F3's unique shoe (I would recommend using a
cc05 yellow filter on these to offset their rather cold light
color). A few other flashes were offered by other manufacturers
with the correct foot. There is no way to adapt TTL flashes for
other Nikons to the F3 while maintaining the TTL feature, except
at the default ASA (which may be 25 ASA).
