A Vivitar 285 is a good, versatile, inexpensive flash for this camera.
You will need either an AS-1 shoe, or a bracket to fit the flash to the
F2.

Depends a lot on the model, and what the lens is - it could range from
about $250-$2000 in nice condition without lens (the high end is for the
rare titanium version - nice F2AS's can go as high as about $800).

The ASA ring can be set in 1/6th stops, and can be recalibrated easily.
The shutter is continuously variable above the sync. speed. Most everything
else is obvious on the camera. Take care of it - it is still a great camera.
Hope This Helps
