If the meter is actually controlling the exposure (try one inside to
see if you hear the shutter stay open longer than 1/1000th...;-),
but just not indicating it, it may still be useable in good light
where the shutter speed would probably be high enough. Since these
are so cheap used, repair is probably unwise, alas...
