If you are importing into P-5 and editing as DV, the
horizontal stretch is just a computer monitor viewing
artifact; it is actually 4:3 video. If you import
graphics, make them originally 4:3 and ignore the
widening due to non-square pixels. When returned to
tape, they will again be 4:3. For letterboxing, use
the "clip" filter in Premiere...
