A few comments...
Both cameras show the effects of "oversharpening" (the
white outlines...); both appear to show slight chromatic
abberation (red-green edges, upper left - though not the
usual yellow-purple one-CCD color errors); though TV
resolution is limited to about 340 lines, you will see
the effects of the sharper image on TV (resolutions
are interactive, and the sharper camera's image will
look sharper...); the smaller CCD size and higher
pixel count (resulting in lower pixel area) may not
allow you to shoot adequate-quality video in as low a
light level with the sharper camera and you may see
more color noise in good light; you may see more
"stair-stepping" and other effects with motion with
the sharper camera ('tain't all gravy, alas, with
"megapixel"...;-). For more on video picture
