It may be hard to locate, but the Cosina 100-500mm impressed me
with its optical performance (and it is well-built) - and I'm
not easy to impress. The lens is excellent 100-400mm, with reduced
quality at 500mm. It appears to be slower than rating (f5.6-8),
and it is quite awkwardly large (though it takes a reasonable 72mm
filter size). I must admit that I rarely use it, because of its
size and speed, but it is a good lens.
