Alas, probably not...
I retain the original track on the timeline, even if
I fully mute it, to keep an easy way to synch modified
tracks. It is also useful for mixing with the noise-reduced
tracks if I want to cover "burble" artifacts, or to add back
some ambient noise that may have been removed, or sometimes
to add back only dialogue from the noise-reduced track to
the original track make voices more audible without changing
the ambient sound much. You can go back and recapture the
original track, though, from the tape(?).
