You didn't say if the film is slide or print. For print film, use no filter - the lab should make the color corrections (and it saves you
the film speed lost to the filter factor). If slide film during
daytime, I would use no filter for (1); a partial correction (80C or Nikkor B8) for a more more natural look for tungsten (2) to me than
full correction (which an 80A or Nikkor B12 will give you, if you need accuracy); a cc30Magenta for (3), which will nearly correct most flourescents (though, if daylight is mixed with the flourescent,
partial correction using an FLD filter works well).
