The 3221 legs (or the 3021 in silver) are a good choice, but
the Bogen fluid heads smaller than the 3063 that I've seen
have been pretty marginal (not very smooth), and the 3063 is
almost too stiff for the 3221 legs - but the combination
is probably the best compromise for the best "bang for the
buck" (and weight - a lighter solution is too much of a
compromise in performance to be worthwhile...).
