You can get 25-sheet packages of panchromatic B & W paper from the
large discount houses, or on special order from your local dealer
(unless large enough to stock it...). OPEN ONLY IN COMPLETE DARKNESS!
(It is therefore a pain to deal with, but prints can be excellent.)
I have made 8x10's from 400-speed color negatives that look better than
the very nice ones possible with Tri-X (on Oriental RC panchromatic paper).
Kodak makes 3 contrast grades, I think - I would start with the middle
or low contrast version with your film, or the Oriental single grade paper.
