No AF with Nikon converters with these lenses - sorry!
The 80-200 f2.8 can be used with the TC200/201 2X (though I wouldn't),
and the TC14/14B/14C 1.4X (excellent on the 14C, nearly as good
on the other two, and will work, but not optimally, on the TC14A).
The 300mm f4 can be used on all the converters, but the TC14/14B/14C
and TC300/301 are best for it (though I wouldn't use the 2X's with
the 300mm f4 if wide apertures and excellent sharpness are desired).
