In general, no. For editing, you will see a direct correspondence between CPU speed and operations only
in rendering, and the value of the proportional
difference between 800 and 933 (or even 1133) is
marginal, given the cost difference. Put in 256megs
of RAM, spend the extra dollers on more 60-gig HDs
if you want (or, just save the money, replace the
CPU when Celerons are 1gHz and cheap...;-)

Depends on whether the application can really use two
CPUs efficiently (or at all - most can't...). Get
a PIII 800 (well under $300 with sink and fan now,
and save your money...;-).
