The 60mm Nikkor macro is excellent from minimum focus through
long-mid distances, but its infinity performance is marred by
slightly soft edges and soft corners until about f8, with f11
required for optimum center-to-corner performance (which is
VERY fine at f11 at infinity). Since any Nikkor 50mm will
perform at least as well at infinity,...............
