Depends on focus distance... The "slower" Nikkors are less
distance-sensitive than the 50mm f1.2, but the 50mm f1.2
is VERY good at optimum distances (maybe 4-10') wide open,
making it a good choice for receptions, etc., and terrible for
star/night-landscape shooting, or even stage shooting
beyong 20' or so... The one 58mm f1.2 I tried was quite
disappointing to me at infinity-focus wider than f5.6,
so I sold it. BTW, there is a Nikkor list, with evaluations,
