Um, the difference between 35mm and "large format" is that the format
is larger in the latter.....;-). Most 35mm lenses barely cover 35mm
(and a surprising number don't quite, if uniform sharpness, in addition
to uniform illumination, is important to you...), and almost none will
cover any larger format, unless used for close-up work.
