Ummmm, putting a Tamron 28-200mm on an F4 may possibly be somewhat
akin to doing something like mounting a hunk of glass in a large
24-carat gold ring and thinking of it as a diamond ring - especially
if it is to be your only lens...;-) I would advise spending the money
on good lenses - from the photos no one could tell what body (of any price/condition/age) you used, but mediocre lenses definitely limit
the level of image quality you can attain... If you are buying that
zoom for convenience reasons, at least don't bother mating it with a heavy/big/expensive pro-level body... (or buy a 24-120mm Nikkor
instead - or maybe a point-'n'-shoot...). (And the F4 accepts
virtually all Nikon-mount lenses ever made.)
