Though most of the checking was done with B & W film - and my enthusiasm for
the lens has waned slightly since using more slide film (the lens is excellent
for a zoom, let alone a wide-angle zoom, let alone a very wide range zoom
[especially by f11 or so], but I guess I still favor primes or shorter-range
zooms for their better corner performance [anyone looking for a LN 24-120mm
Nikkor AFD in LN condition, at a high price...? ;-]).
