I like the Nikkor 15mm f5.6, with a few reservations
(stated in my Nikkor evaluation list, on my web page
under "I babble") - you may be able to find one in
good shape at a price not too far above what you are
considering - and the Nikkor has unusually uniform
illumination and sharpness to the corners for this
type of lens...
