Gee, with a request like that, how can I resist answering...? ;-)
The answer about the mount type is easy - any Nikkor will fit your
camera (in fact, ALL Nikkors ever made will fit your non-metered F2!).
As to the first, the difference is so striking in the appearance of the
105mm f2.5 rear elements that seeing either one it will be obvious which
you have! (The later one has the largest rear element imaginable that
would still fit inside the bayonette - the earlier has a rather
surprisingly small rear element given the speed and FL of the
lens...) BTW, don't overlook the really excellent 100mm f2.8
E-Series Nikkor - it is close to the best optically, and
generally very inexpensive. The 75-150mm f3.5 E
is also first-rate...
