This is fairly easy with most of the "full-feature" editing

programs available (Premiere, VV-4, etc.), though it

can take a bit of experience to do it, and to get the

best-quality results. Your budget is sufficient (add a

second HD and the editing program to most good

computers - and you may need to add a good FireWire

though these apply more to versions 5 and 6 than

to "7" ("Pro").
