Many
camcorders can do this, but they "take" 6-7 frames at a time, and the
mechanism
must start-up/stop for each "frame", which is not good for the gear.
Better:
use a digital still camera and a way to have it grab frames at the
desired
frame-rate; use a digital video camera with stills-capability and have it grab
frames
at the desired interval; FireWire-connect the video camera to a computer
with a
program that can capture frames (Premiere, others...).
