Sorry, good sound work takes as much skill and knowledge as

good picture work... Try EQing the tracks, with a *slight* rise in

the 300-500 cycle area (try 1db), and a *slight* roll-off starting

about 6k and maximizing around 20k (maybe down 2 db here) - this

will give a bit "sweeter", "fuller", "rounder" sound. Adding a *touch*

of reverb can help smooth the voice, also...

Vegas certainly has most of the facilities needed for basic sound

work (I find Cool Edit 2000's noise-reduction module AMAZING,

though, if noise-reduction is need here at all [unlikely...]).
