Oversharpened
edges, very high contrast, problems with cleanly showing
near-vertical
lines in the image, plus very poor low-light range... Some of these
3-CCD
cameras look worse than the best (or sometimes bottom-end...;-),
1-CCD
models lately. I prefer a pleasant picture with natural-looking color
to one
that has too much "pizzaz" - which can make it hard to shoot well
a wide
range of subject matter. All cameras can look good under ideal
conditions
for their quirks, but the challenge is to find cameras that have nice
pictures
under the widest possible (reasonable...;-) range of conditions.
I think
the cameras above (and others named) restrict shooting conditions
for
good results too much...
