This
may not be possible, though even reductions like
50%,
33%, 25% can work if you copy tracks to V1
or
above and offset them from the originals by a frame
or so
with transparency set at 50%. To go very slow,
you may
need to experiment with multiple stages.
BTW,
you can capture the original DV with the camera
in
slow-mo mode to start the process. Experiment...
