Even if 1, 2, *and* 3, without a written contract to the

contrary, they do not own the stock or the copyright - he

does. What he wants to do is up to him. For me, if this is

likely a good client (it doesn't sound like it...), I might

copy the tapes and supply them; if not, then maybe a $50

copy charge (or more) per tape is appropriate, and a note

that none of the material can be used without your

permission...;-)
