Why? It
is about as rare an occurrence as having the lens
spontaneously
turn pink...;-) I report common camera
ailments,
and this is not one of those - and it is one that
was
preventable. The camera sat on a shelf for a year
without
power. Applying power for a short time every few
months
recharges the internal battery (all camcorders use
these)
and prevents deep discharge, which is probably
what
did it in. Info that would be more relevant and useful
here
would be why "nappy" makes such inane and useless
responses
to my posts (and he always does it anonymously,
so that
he cannot be held personally responsible for his silly
posts,
the mark of a coward....). These childish "anti-David"
posts
on the video NGs by "nappy" are really tiresome
and
unproductive (and they do not reflect well on "nappy's"
maturity)
- though I do sometimes have fun responding to
them
("tweeking" "nappy" is SO easy...!;-).
