I have
this accessory, and detest it. It's operation is far from
smooth,
it is almost impossible to set level with the attached
bubble
level, and it weighs a "ton"... BTW, Bogen has a neat
three-screw,
two-plate leveler that is easier to use since you
can
adjust the height of any of the three edges subtly and
continuously
with the knurled wheels on the screws. Light
it
isn't, though, unfortunately. And, unfortunately, I don't
know of
any video tripod that is both adequately smooth
in
pan/tilt operations and light enough to travel with easily,
darn...!
