I agree with DMcD's response, above. Once started,
I just experimented, trying things as needed,
comparing results when there were multiple ways of
doing things (often, in Premiere). At some point
fairly early, you will have tried everything
obvious in Premiere (and, I trust, will have kept
notes on how to to the things that worked well! ;-).
Next, you may realize that you can combine functions
to do even more (and you will realize the limitations
of this medium, too, darn it! ;-). BTW, there are a
