Thanks for replying anyhow.
You can
do it in Premiere (and likely other editors, also).
There
are a few ways to do it in Premiere:
- In
"motion", rotate 180 degrees (you need to add "reverse field
dominance"),
and use
"0, .5" as the coordinates (there are still problems with interlacing
with
motion...).
- In
video filters, "transform", camera-view, roll 180 degrees (also need
to
reverse field dominance - and the results are softer than the original).
- The
one that works best is: video-filters, "perspective", basic 3-D,
tilt
180 degrees...
